Summit Fire & EMS warns of driving conditions amid misleading heat up (KDVR Fox 31)

After two major crashes on Tuesday night, Summit Fire & EMS said drivers still need to be cautious on the roads even though spring weather appears to be here. Pavement that heats up during warm weather becomes exceedingly slick after the next bout of snow falls, according to the emergency organization.
