Summit Fire & EMS Board of Directors opted to table their consideration of a proposal that would enact development impact fees, deciding to unltimately continue discussion with the county and town governments before voting on the matter. Stemming from concerns about government officials potentially misunderstanding the proposal, the board voted, 4-1, to hold off implementing the impact fee schedule at an Aug. 19 meeting. Read more ...
