The team with Hyder Construction overseeing the construction of our new fire station in Silverthorne reports that curbs and gutters are being poured this week, giving shape to the final building site. Additionally, the domestic water and sanitary system interior pipes are being installed, and overhead doors and dorm windows should be installed by mid-week, helping to fully enclose the building. Along with the gas line completion, this will allow progress to continue unimpeded once winter sets in. The outside is looking really spiffy, especially the stone accents that will give it a mountain flavor!
